When I started training with Karolis I was very overweight and couldn’t do a single push-up. After our first session he said to me “Cool mate, I like building people.”, and damn did he deliver. I lost 3.5 stone over the course of a year. When I eventually left England to do my PhD in Sweden, he told me “My main philosophy was to train you so you can train by yourself”. That worked pretty well, too. I gained some of the weight back as muscle and now I can’t just do a push-up (I can do many), but I can also bench 100kg (1RM). Good job Karolis 10/10-recommended.

Do I need special equipment?

What happens after I purchase a service?

You’ll receive an email , where you can complete an intake questionnaire. Within 48 hours, your trainer will upload your personalised plan or schedule your first in person or virtual session.
